You've got nowhere to go, but here.

Dad brought me back to earth the other day when he said, We've got nowhere to go but here.

Think of all the errands you need to run today, all of the people you need to call back, all of the work you need to do - it's a lot. And it can feel like you have everywhere to go with no time to go there.

What if this thought frenzy is really just your mind being everywhere but here - in the moment?

What if the only place you had to be was right here - right now?

What if you could dump all of the noise in your head out, on paper, and be free of the overwhelming thoughts?

You can.

You can choose to be here.

You can choose to grab a piece of paper and a pen.

And you can choose to start writing everything in your head out; right now.

You have nowhere to go, but here.

Assume the best.

Are you living life to the fullest? And what does that even mean?
