I don’t think we really get what the word means.

For some it means traditions. For others, it means a way of doing things. And even some might think it a mindset.

What if culture was actually the answer to a question? The question is, How do we do things around here.

I’m building a team now and am thinking about culture. If someone, like a candidate, were to ask me “how is the culture” I might respond with, “this is how people like us do things around here.”
